Sheena is a Juris Doctorate graduate from Bond University, originally from Ontario, Canada, and holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Criminology from Wilfrid Laurier University. Currently, she is an articled student at Howard Smith Lawyers, with extensive experience in criminal law.Her legal journey also includes volunteering at an Immigration law firm in British Columbia where she assisted with Permanent Residency applications under Humanitarian and Compassionate grounds. Sheena is passionate about social justice and has served as a Victims of Child Trafficking Advocate for the United Nations, contributing to the rehabilitation of trafficking victims in Cameroon.Additionally, she was nominated for the ACERS Award for her research on reducing recidivism and enhancing offender rehabilitation. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, Sheena is dedicated to using her legal skills to effect positive change in the community.
