Sparsh Gambhir

Sparsh’s passion for law began early in his academic journey. He first completed his graduation in B.A (Hons.) Law before pursuing his LL.B. in India. After being called to the Bar in India in 2019, he practiced Criminal Law for several years, gaining valuable courtroom experience and teaching Criminal Law at various institutions. In search of broader opportunities, Sparsh immigrated to Canada, where he initially worked as a paralegal in a prominent downtown law firm. Upon completing his legal accreditation in Canada, he joined Howard Smith & Company, where he now serves as counsel. Fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi, Sparsh is able to serve a wide range of clients, offering a culturally sensitive approach to legal representation.
